Civilian Portal

The civilian portal is the low-privilege surface every other player on the server gets — it's deliberately thin, so it stays a roleplay support tool rather than a window into CAD internals.

What you can see

  • Your own citation and arrest history. Unlike investigative records, there's nothing metagame-risky about knowing about your own ticket, so it's visible by default.
  • Tip / non-emergency report submission, if your community has it enabled.
  • Community info — recruitment, announcements, whatever your community publishes there.

What you won't see

  • Other players' records.
  • Active warrant status on yourself, in most configurations — some communities choose to expose this, but many deliberately don't, since it would tip your character off in-fiction to something they shouldn't know out-of-character.
  • Live unit positions or the dispatch board.

Getting set up

Link your account the same way staff do — from Account Settings → Link FiveM Account in the web app, then in-game:

/kestrellink <code>

Your civilian record is created automatically the first time your character loads, whether or not you ever link it. If you want it to show up under your account in the portal, claim it once with:

/kestrelclaim

This doesn't require being on duty (civilians don't go on duty) — just linked.
